Terms and Conditions

  • Your Rogue Nation membership entitles you to haircuts only at the Lovable Rogues Barbers from which the membership was purchased. All other services and products will be charged at the going rate.
  • Other services, which may incur an extra charge, include Skin Fades, Beard Trims, Wet Shaves, and Head Art. Please make sure you speak with your barbers to ensure you clearly understand what services are included in your membership and the services which are included in your membership may differ between each type of membership.
  • If you have purchased either a 3-month or 6-month membership, you may upgrade to a 12-month membership at any time.
  • You are the only person who can use your Rogue Nation membership. It cannot be passed to, or used by another person.
  • Your Rogue Nation membership can only be used during opening hours. Unforeseen changes to opening hours must be accepted.
  • The Rogue Nation membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  • We are pleased to offer you a 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period, from the date your membership began. This entitles you to a refund from the shop you purchased your membership at, minus the cost of any haircuts which have been included in the cost of your membership.
  • There is an early termination admin fee of £10 if you choose to activate your refund.
  • After your ‘cooling-off’ period, or 2nd haircut, no refunds will be able to be issued.
  • You cannot exchange your Rogue Nation membership for cash.
  • We retain the right to withdraw any Rogue Nation membership privileges at any time, with good reason, without a refund.
  • We do not automatically renew your membership.
  • Your membership is with the Lovable Rogues Barber you purchased it from and is not redeemable with any other barber in the shop.
  • Memberships cannot be transferred to another Lovable Rogues Barbers at any point, including in the event of a shop closure.
  • In the event of a shop closure your membership will be terminated and you will not be able to receive a refund for any part of your payment.
  • We reserve the right to charge for the booked service at the going rate where you are substantially late or fail to attend for an appointment. No further appointments will be accepted until this charge is settled.
  • In the unusual event of a shop forced closure, your shop is not obliged to offer any refunds for the period they were closed.
  • In joining our Rogue Nation membership and submitting your personal details, you agree that your personal data will be held and processed by Lovable Rogues Ltd for the purposes of administering your Rogue Nation membership. From time to time, we may send you selected promotional offers and renewal reminders. If you do not wish to receive these please email roguenation@lovable-rogues.co.uk with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject field. We will not share your data with any third party without your express consent.
  • We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and in our sole discretion, any such amendment or update will be published online at lo-ro.co.uk/roguenation
